We want you to love every cocktail you craft with your Bartesian. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your machine in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Machine

  Carefully place your Bartesian maker and any unused accessories into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure safe transport.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
